30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date, no questions asked. If for any reason you or your child isn't happy with the product, simply contact us and we'll arrange a refund promptly.
How to Request a Refund
- Email us at hello@brightbrushkids.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions (if applicable).
- Once confirmed, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene reasons, opened replacement brush heads cannot be returned unless they are faulty. The main toothbrush unit is fully covered by our 30-day guarantee.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within 7 business days of approval, please check with your bank first, as processing times can vary. If you still haven't received it, contact us at hello@brightbrushkids.com and we'll resolve it immediately.
